After reading some scathing reviews about multiple Xfinity stores, we opted for the Dearborn location and crossed our fingers it wouldn't totally suck. On the contrary! When we opened the outside door an employee inside was already there holding open the inner door, and Antoine, the young man who worked with us, appeared immediately and relieved my husband of the big box of parts he was carrying. Antoine was very friendly, knew exactly how to proceed with what we needed done, answered our questions, and even explained a couple of things it was helpful for us to know that we hadn't thought to ask. We were out of there in less than 10 minutes and very happy with our outcome--Kudos to Antoine! If only every customer service experience could be this good! Also want to give a nod to a second guy stationed closer to the front. We thought of another quick question and asked him as we were walking out, and he too was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Wish we had gotten his name so we could thank him here too!

While they seem nice, they will talk about costumers behind their backs. Walked in, everyone just sitting around. Stood there for a second then finally they decided to asked what I needed, after they got done talking about their lives to each other. Didn’t ask if needed help or nothing. Self serve was easy to figure out. Thank god. I probably would have never gotten help if I couldn’t figure it out myself. Never come here again.

Only reason I’m leaving a good review is because the manager name Gabriel was extremely nice and helpful. Greeted me, answered my questions, and was able to help me with my needs. Very polite. Very respectful. They need to get rid of the tall black lady with glasses and a pony tail immediately. Man when I tell yall this lady was out of pocket. She was rude, disrespectful, and lied on me all within the span of 5 minutes 🤣🤣. Oh and she’s real smart mouthed and quick with it too. 🤣 But Gabriel he’s the guy fr fr. I just know his back hurts from carrying the weight of this store on his shoulders. Because based on the other reviews, a lot of the employees act like the lady I had the displeasure of meeting.
